IDimager 4.2 is released
After a very hectic period the new 4.2 version is now available for download:
Additions in 4.2.0.0
Scripts can be called from within script with a new script command RunScript(AFileName)
Scripts can be called from within script with optional parameters; e.g. RunScriptWithParams (AFileName, 'paramlist')
Added an option to Tools -> Options -> Image Viewer that allows you to select speed or quality for the image viewer
You can now use Ctrl+Shift when clicking any entry in the Catalog Explorer and the resulting collection will be opened in a new Fast Collection
When uploading to SmugMug you can create a SmugMug Gallery from within IDimager
IDimager now includes a transfer feature to PicasaWeb
(PRO ONLY) Added an option that allows you to define that changed images outside of IDimager should automatically sync back to IDI or not
Added two Catalog Scripts; one to force an image to in-sync state and one to force an image to go fully out-of-sync
Download Profiles
GEO Locations for a catalog label can now include a radius
IDimager supports metadata input panels from "IPTC Etensions", including the common PLUS XMP schemas

Improved support for large TIF files
Faster browsing through JPG files

Improved selection mechanism for "Mark by date" in the Downloader
You can now filter the marked images in the Downloader by clicking on the "xx marked images" label above the thumbs
Filtering in the Collection Viewer no longer requires the Ctrl key to build a "combi filter"
Improved scrolling in the Catalog Explorer and the Collection Viewer when dragging to the scroll areas
Fixed an issue with rewriting maker notes for some Olympus models (E300, E330 model)
Redesigned options dialog
IDimager supports reading the LensType and camera serial number for Olympus models
Extended GPS Panel script
Quick Slideshow is now much faster to start the show, especially noticable for large selections
The fade effect in the quick slideshow is now smoother
The "Quick Assign" box now also allows you to assign/unassign portfolios

The most important bug fixes are
Fix: Fixed an issue in the IDimager Export/Import to/from XML
Fix: The Sort and Filter entries in the context menu for the Collection Viewer didn't display the script entries
Fix: When using SQLServer thumbnails database the Ctrl+Del didn't work correctly
Fix: Cut/Paste folders in the Media Explorer or the Collection Viewer for a ME folder didn't update the catalog folders
Fix: Fixed an issue with black hint popups on some Windows Vista configurations running nVidia drivers
